About Me

I'm Jiahang Cao, an incoming PhD student at The University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Andrew F. Luo. Previously, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Sun Yat-sen University in 2022, and MPhil degree at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) in 2025. My research focuses on robot learning, deep generative models, and cognitive-inspired models.

My research aims to advance robot learning by leveraging generative models to capture broad, multimodal knowledge, and drawing on principles of human cognition to improve perception, language understanding, and decision-making across complex environments.
